NURSE -
This was the make up used for the nurse in Summer's delusions. The aim was to make her look scary and like she was in pain. We did this also for the iconography of the product. We did research into thrillers and horrors and the make up used - in films such as 'the silence of the lambs.'
TOM -
This is the make up used for Tom who is Summer's boyfriend. We wanted to make him look terrifying and like he's from a nightmare. The use of the blood dripping from his eyes is a good iconography for thriller film. With the use of the bruising used, it really looks like he committed suicide in a traffic accident.

The errors we made during filming
When we did our first filming of Delusion, afterwards we noticed that when we panned across, it was jumpy and didn't look good. So we decided to film it again in a different location and on a day were we planned around the weather so that it wouldn't rain.
After we filmed the second lot of filming, we realised that we hadn't used a wide variety of shots - mainly establishing shots and pans. As well as this we had recorded over some vital footage! After a while we realised that we couldn't get the footage back. After he second lot of filming, there was only one scene (which was the scene in Summer's bedroom) that was fit to use in our product.
We decided to film once again. This time we knew to be careful and to not film over previous footage. The weather was dull but we used it to our advantage as it helped create the mood of the product - as it was a thriller. We used a lot more shots in the third lot of filming. We understood that we could not just use establishing and wide shots, so this time we included close ups and over the shoulder shots.

The Filming Of Delusion
As a group we face alot of problems when filming Delusion.
The first problem was trying to find people who were willing to be part of our film. In the end most of the characters are played by members of the group (19).
The next problem we face was trying to find times when everyone was aviable in the end one of the scene had to be filmed by just two members of the group rather than all of the group as otherwise the scene would not have been filmed.
During the holidays we decided as a group that we were going to film all the footage we needed for the first 2 mins of Delusion. It took a while to try and organise when and where we were going to film as everyone had made plans or was busy with other college work but, after we sorted it out i believe it has helped to bring us together as a group. After we had finished filming we decided to sit down and watch all the footage we had filmed. It turned out that while we had been filming we had managed to tape over sections of our work. Everyone was guttered but we managed to rectify the problem. I would say that it was good that we taped over parts of our footage as it was not just a learning curve of how to use the camera but, also when we refilmed the footage was better and we improvised on some sections which turned out to make our 2 minuites a lot better than they would have been with our first attempted footage.
During editing which is what we are doing at the moment everything is going well. We have found that there is one section that needs refilming as there is no way we could edit it together properly.
